Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Uniexperts, we are committed to delivering a transparent and fair financial experience to all our agents and users. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for wallet top-up cancellations, refund eligibility, and processing procedures for both Indian and international customers.


1. Payment Methods

1.1 For Indian Customers

  • All payments are processed via Razorpay.
  • Supported payment methods include UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.

1.2 For International Customers

  • Payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe, and the base currency will be GBP.

2. Minimum Top-Up Amount

To maintain financial security and manage processing costs, the following minimum top-up limits apply:

  • Indian Agents/Customers: ₹1000 INR
  • International Agents/Customers: ÂŁ10 GBP or equivalent in supported currencies

Top-ups below these limits will not be accepted or processed.


3. Refunds for Unutilized Wallet Credits

We understand that business needs may change. You may request a refund for unutilized wallet credits under the following conditions:

3.1 Eligibility

  • The refund is applicable only to unused credits that were purchased through official Uniexperts payment gateways.
  • The credits must not have been applied to any applications, services, interview bookings, or platform features.
  • The top-up must have been made within the last 60 days.

3.2 Ineligible Refunds

Refunds will not be processed under the following conditions:

  • If credits have been partially or fully used.
  • If credits were granted as part of a promotion, bonus, or incentive program.
  • If the refund request is submitted after 60 calendar days from the date of top-up.
  • If the user has violated the platform’s terms of service or engaged in fraudulent behavior.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please email ap@uniexperts.io with the subject line:

“Refund Request - [Tenant ID which will be Shown in your Profile ]”

Include the following details:

  • Full name and registered email address
  • Phone number (optional but recommended)
  • Reason for requesting the refund
  • Date and amount of the top-up
  • Wallet ID or transaction reference number
  • Payment method (Razorpay / PayPal / Stripe)

5. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a wallet top-up or an automated subscription:

  • Cancellations must be initiated via email within 12 hours of the transaction for Razorpay or 24 hours for PayPal/Stripe.
  • Once the top-up is credited to your account, it is considered “active credit” and is subject to the unused credit refund terms in Section 3.
  • Auto-renewals or subscriptions must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to renewal to avoid automatic billing.

6. Processing Time and Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
  • Transaction or gateway charges (e.g., Razorpay fees, PayPal fees) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Currency conversion charges, if any, will be borne by the customer.

7. Administrative Rights

Uniexperts reserves the right to:

  • Modify or update this policy at any time with or without prior notice.
  • Request additional documents or verification for processing refunds.
  • Decline a refund request if it is found to be in violation of this policy or our platform’s terms of use.
