Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the UniAssess Platform (the “Service”) operated by Uniexperts Limited (“us”, “we”, or “our”). These Terms apply to all users, whether individuals or agents, accessing the Service from India or any other country.

By accessing or using any part of our website, application, or platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, please discontinue your use of the Service immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the UniAssess platform, you affirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • “You” refers to the user (agent, student, or organization) accessing or using the Service.
  • “We”, “Us”, “Uniexperts” refers to Uniexperts Limited or its regional subsidiaries.
  • “Platform” refers to the web application, mobile services, APIs, and any associated services provided under the UniAssess brand.

3. Scope of Services

The Service includes, but is not limited to:

  • Online student assessment and interview services
  • Document processing
  • Agent and university management tools
  • Dashboard and analytics
  • Wallet-based top-ups and payments

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at our discretion, with or without notice.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system.
  • Copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the software or content.
  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

5. Payment Terms

  • Indian Customers must make payments through Razorpay and are governed by Indian financial regulations and taxation laws.
  • International Customers may use Stripe or PayPal, subject to their respective processing fees and cross-border financial compliance requirements.
  • All payments are non-transferable and subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

Our handling of user data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with applicable laws including:

  • The Information Technology Act, 2000 (India)
  • The UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR (for international users)

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and technology on the platform remain the exclusive property of Uniexperts or its licensors. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account:

  • If you violate these Terms
  • If you engage in misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity
  • If legally required by authorities

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and any pending services may be forfeited.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

For Indian Customers

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of Pondicherry . All disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

For Customers Outside India

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
